India releases its 2016 Defence Procurement Procedure document

Quitol (Goa): India today released its Defence Procurement Procedure for 2016 on its website, but the document came without some key provisions on the proposed Strategic Partners from the private sector for military manufacturing. Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar made the announcement of its release at the DefExpo-2016 inaugural show here.
